Established in 2021, Norcon Ltd began its journey as a dedicated labour supply company, providing skilled and reliable workers to construction contractors across the UK.
Our focus on quality workmanship, safety, and professionalism quickly set us apart in a competitive industry.
By 2022, growing client demand and the successful delivery of major groundwork projects allowed us to expand our operations into Construction & Civil Engineering — managing projects from design through to completion. This marked the beginning of Norcon’s transformation from a labour supplier to a trusted construction partner.
In 2023, our reputation for precision and reliability led to partnerships with several major contractors on gabion wall and retaining structure developments. We also invested in new equipment, training, and project management capability, positioning Norcon Ltd as a key contractor for large-scale groundwork and infrastructure works across the North of England.
By 2024, we achieved another milestone — the launch of our Home Improvement & Renovation Division, delivering bespoke kitchen and bathroom installations, property refurbishments, and full home transformations.
Today, Norcon Ltd operates through three specialist divisions — Construction & Civil Engineering, Home Improvement & Renovation, and Project Management & Specialist Services — combining technical expertise with hands-on site experience to deliver dependable results for both commercial and residential clients.
